Lightening talks are a great way to compress a large amount of dialogue into a short talk that focusses on the key points and highlight the main aspects of a customer problem or opportunity.

Lightening talks should not be longer than 15 minutes at a time, focus on the key components and provide an opportunity for the team to conduct some HMW note taking and ask questions.

Lightening Talks

The lightening talks can be done by a range of people from customer experience to engineering teams to provide different views to the same subject matter and should allow a team to understand the opportunity from multiple perspectives.
