When reviewing sketches, place them up on the wall to form a gallery. Invite the sketch authors to provide a quick 2 minute talk on their sketch to provide context and deeper understanding.
Encourage the team to then silently review each sketch, making notes, and casting their votes in a Dot Voting exercise.
