Similar to Dot Voting, this focusses on particular features in a sketch or wireframe to indicate which features are desirable.
Put up the sketches on a wall to form a gallery and then remind everyone about the goals, problem to solve and Success Metrics.
Next give each team member a number of sticky dots, and then encourage them to individually vote for the features that resonate with the goal and objectives. Finally review the clusters of dots and being to select those features that scored highly.
