Here is a Coaching Canvas that is used to understand the current challenges and dynamics of an agile coaching engagement, and helps to derive a strategy and coaching plan going forwards.
Unlike the Coaching Canvas by Martin Alaimo[1], which focusses on the initial conversation with a client and frames their initial understanding of what they would like from a future coaching engagement, this coaching canvas is expected to be used by the coach to help organise their thoughts, reveal the wider system and derive their strategies and coaching plan going forwards.
Snapshot
The Coaching Canvas usually only represents a snapshot in time and so will need to be done at periodic intervals through out the journey.
